The breakfast buffet featured excellent food choices and freshness. I really enjoyed the perfectly cooked meals. The heated bathroom floor was wonderful! The walk in shower was the best and twice the size of a standard shower.
I found the room congested and filled with moisture. The complimentary coffee pods were poor quality. The front desk staff was condescending!

i enjoyed an early check-in after my overnight flight, super helpful. the staff was always polite and efficient, i noticed that everywhere. the restaurants offered delicious options, i really liked white elephant (thai) and echo (swiss). the breakfast service was really amazing!

i was charmed by maximillian, the bartender on the main floor! he provided excellent customer service, and he was skilled at his craft. the bar staff was great too!!!
The lobby seemed small. the drop off area was also small. I don't think it is suitable for a hotel. the towels seemed overused and worn.
